The Parties hereby acknowledge to use vessels for each shipment of minimum 50,000 per MT each (Total : 72 Vessels X 50,000 per MT each Vessels).

The price for the Goods sold under this contract is determind in US dollars and understood to be on the base of CIF, the Buyer's designated discharge port.

The price for D2 in US Dollars per US MT is US$ 520.00 per metric ton gross CIF Indonesia / Singapore main port.

the present contract is one year with option to renew five years.
